Rich Therapies Ltd are a ‘data controller’ for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation, are responsible for, and control the processing of, your personal information. 4. Some information provided to us by clients, customers, contractors and other third parties might be considered private or personal. Without these details we would not be able to carry on our business and provide our services to you. We will only collect such personal information if it is necessary for one of our functions or activities. Personal information is collected from people in the following situations by Rich Therapies Ltd:
a) If you contact Rich Therapies Ltd, we may keep a record of that correspondence
b) If you book an appointment at Rich Therapies you will be given a registration form to complete on your first visit, which includes details about why we need this information, how we store your information, how long we keep this information for, your rights about this information. This registration form enables us to record your informed consent to your treatment. This registration form enables us to record your informed consent for your marketing preferences. A separate registration form is available for consent for a minor to receive treatment.
c) In the absence of on site reception staff your telephone call may be diverted to a third party partner (i.e. Virtual Reception Service ) who may email us details of your telephone call so that we may contact with you and deal with your request appropriately. We will never share any health or medical information with any third party reception staff.

f) Rich Therapies Ltd is committed to maintaining accurate, timely, relevant and appropriate information about our customers and web-site users – we may ask you to confirm your details we hold are still up to date, we may do this when you book or attend appointments5.
