Rich Therapies Ltd is committed to complying with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) governing privacy of personal information by businesses and to protecting and safeguarding your privacy when you deal with us. We will never disclose your personal information to any third party unless we have your permission to do so, or as is otherwise required under section 4 and section 7 of this Privacy Policy notice.

3. Rich Therapies Ltd are a ‘data controller’ for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation, are responsible for, and control the processing of, your personal information.
4. Some information provided to us by clients, customers, contractors and other third parties might be considered private or personal. Without these details we would not be able to carry on our business and provide our services to you. We will only collect such personal information if it is necessary for one of our functions or activities. a) If you contact Rich Therapies Ltd, we may keep a record of that correspondence
b) If you book an appointment at Rich Therapies you will be given a registration form to complete on your first visit, which includes details about why we need this information, how we store your information, how long we keep this information for, your rights about this information. This registration form enables us to record your informed consent to your treatment. This registration form enables us to record your informed consent for your marketing preferences. A separate registration form is available for consent for a minor to receive treatment
c) In the absence of on site reception staff your telephone call may be diverted to a third party partner (i.e. Virtual Reception Service ) who may email us details of your telephone call so that we may contact with you and deal with your request appropriately. We will never share any health or medical information with any third party reception staff
d) When you submit your e-mail address to our website mailing list
e) When you book an appointment directly through a third party provider (i.e Treatwell – see Treatwell privacy policy)
f) Rich Therapies Ltd is committed to maintaining accurate, timely, relevant and appropriate information about our customers and web-site users – we may ask you to confirm your details we hold are still up to date, we may do this when you book or attend appointments

At or before the time the personal information is collected by us we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of who we are, the fact that you are able to gain access to the information held about you, the purpose of the collection, the type(s) of organisations to which we usually disclose the information collected about you, any laws requiring the collection of the information and the main consequences for you if all or part of the information is not collected.

8. Our website may contain links to other websites and those third-party websites may collect personal information about you. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other businesses or the content of websites that are linked to our website. Rich Therapies Ltd encourages users to be aware when they leave the site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.
9. Rich Therapies Ltd places significant importance on the security of all information associated with our customers and contractors. We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. All staff who work from Rich Therapies Ltd are provided with a copy of Rich Therapies Ltd Privacy Policy and have received guidance on information governance and confidentiality on induction.
10. When your information is no longer required by us, personal information is de-identified or securely destroyed.
11. Information stored within our computer systems can only be accessed by those entrusted with authority and computer network password sanctions. Appointment software systems are password protected.
12. Rich Therapies Ltd retains the information you provide to us including possibly your contact and credit card details to enable us to verify transactions and customer details and to retain adequate records for legal and accounting purposes, for the minimum required retention period. This information is held securely in controlled facilities.
13 CCTV. CCTV is in operation at Rich Therapies in the communal areas for the purpose of preventing crime, protecting property and public and staff health and safety (i.e entrance, hallway and reception – there are no cameras in any treatment rooms). Footage is recorded 24 hours a day and only accessed by authorised Rich Therapies management via remote secure login. CCTV footage is automatically deleted after 28 days.
14. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 per cent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect user’s personal information, Rich Therapies Ltd cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to it or from its online products or services, and users do so at their own risk. Once Rich Therapies Ltd receives your transmission, it makes every effort to ensure its security on its systems. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for keeping your passwords and/or account information secret. You should be careful and responsible whenever you are online.
15. Access to and correction of personal information:
a) If your request for your personal information is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), then we will give you access to that information
b) Inaccurate information will be corrected upon receiving advice to this effect from you. To ensure confidentiality, details of your personal information will be passed on to you only if we are satisfied that the information relates to you.
c) If we refuse to provide you with access or correct the personal information held about you by us, then we will provide reasons for such refusal

17. Cookies. Rich Therapies Ltd website collects information from the site using “IP files”. When you visit Rich Therapies Ltd website to read, browse or download information, our system will record/log your IP address (the address which identifies your computer on the internet and which is automatically recognised by our web server), date and time of your visit to our site, the pages viewed and any information downloaded. This information will only be used for the purpose of site analysis, through Google Analytics, and to help us offer you improved online service. We may automatically collect non-personal information about you such as the type of Internet browsers you use or the site from which you linked to our Web Sites. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on our Websites.
