Laura graduated from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, Ireland with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy after which she undertook an additional year at the university in the role of sports rehabilitation intern to the universities elite collegiate athletes. She has since spent her time refining her skills working with numerous sports teams from a variety of sporting disciplines, and in sports rehabilitation and physiotherapy clinics in both Ireland and the UK. She is an affiliated member of the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT).
Laura treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions ranging from every day aches and pain and postural dysfunction through to sports injuries. Her approach to treatment and rehabilitation is a holistic one with an emphasis on factors such as nutrition, sleep and stress as part of the process.
